Training as sauna manager (IHK) and thermal spa manager (IHK)

The sauna and thermal spa manager (IHK) brings professionalism to the operational processes of the thermal spa or sauna facility and designs them economically and efficiently. He or she can act in a goal-oriented manner in all industry-specific management fields. After successful completion, the further training is concluded with the IHK certificate.

This qualification, which is in great demand, enables you to manage a spa or sauna facility economically and with regard to personnel in terms of guest orientation. You will be able to utilize a SPA to capacity in all areas, motivate employees and inspire customers with attractive offers. In addition, a spa & sauna manager is given the necessary expertise to manage a spa or sauna in a results- and customer-oriented manner. For this task, commercial-organizational as well as wellness knowledge is necessary.
